As Demi Pastry Chef De Partie you will assist the Head Pastry chef in the cooking and preparation of all pastry items for both A La Carte restaurant and the Brasserie including petit fours, breads and desserts.

As Demi Chef De Partie you will ensure a high standard of health, hygiene and safety standards within the kitchen.

Potential candidates will have passion, flair, work well within a team.

This position would suit a chef who has had some pastry experience and would like to pursue a career as a Pastry Chef.

Salary is £15,500 + Tips
