I have an Irvine Housing Association 1 bedroom house in Lawthorn. Open-plan livingroom with large bedroom upstairs. Bathroom is downstairs with bath and electric shower. Lovely house needs a little decorating (you will probably want to redecorate anyway). Good neighbours, nice quiet area. Good sized sunny garden needs quite a bit of work. Drive just outside kitchen window. Bus stop is approx 1 minute walk from the front door.
I require a 2 or 3 bedroom house due to having a baby. I'm not getting much sleep with the baby in the same bedroom. No flats & IRVINE ONLY, thanks.
