Lombardi's Italian Restaurant in Merchant Square, off Albion Street is currently recruiting for a motivated & talented Commis Chef to join its experienced team of chefs.

Duties: Preparation & presentation of starters, salads and desserts. Keeping areas clean. Assisting the kitchen team in all aspects of running the kitchen.

Experience: Experience is not essential as full training will be given, however some previous qualification or experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.

Hours: Approx 20-30hours per week. Must be able to work Weekends.

Salary: rate of pay is minimum wage with Company performance review after 3 months.
