I have over 18 years experience as an NHS Receptionist/Admin/Typist and currently working as a Dental Receptionist.

I have nearly finished a Medical Secretary Diploma at Pitman with modules including Medical Audio Transcription, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Effective Business Communication etc etc.
