Our Client is a well established housing association looking for a Housing Support Officer.

You will have previously worked in a similar role within a social housing environment.

You will be required to cover a range of duties which include:

• Watching, guarding and patrolling the building to prevent unauthorised entry
• Monitoring CCTV and controlling door entry
• The reporting of any damage, loss, accident or serious incident
• Adhering to fire precautions and emergency procedures already in place
• Delivering goods received to the appropriate departments within the building
• Maintenance of records related to the above duties.
• Liaise with project manager and support staff.
