Eden Scott are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager / Office Manager to work within the Livingston Branch of the one of the fastest growing motor finance companies in the UK.

While supporting the branch manager you will manage an established team of 8, consisting of administrators, collections advisors and account managers. The function of the team will be, collection of arrears, processing new business and delivering a high standard of customer service.

This is a demanding role which requires an individual with extensive and very strong team leading skills.

Experience working in motor finance including underwriting and / or the management of arrears or credit control is essential.
