I’m planning to do some trekking in South America at the end of this year (i.e. as soon as I’ve finished my PhD!), probably leaving in the beginning of November. I’m quite flexible with what I might do, but it should involve some off-the-beaten-track hiking, wild camping etc. One idea might be to hire one (or two) donkeys and a guide and go somewhere in Peru/Bolivia. I might also be up for going to Patagonia and do a hut-to-hut tour. Or both. If you’d be interested in joining me, you are fit and have done some trekking before, please drop me a line! I’m 28, female and do speak some Spanish.
