Part-time Lettings Administrator (Hamilton)

We are looking for a part-time lettings administrator who will be responsible for
*rent control
*answering telephone and dealing with face-to-face enquiries from landlords and tenants
*logging repairs as and when required
*typing up inventories
*providing admin support to senior lettings administrator
*carrying out viewings if required

Skills Required:
• Previous Lettings experience essential
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work on own initiative
• Flexible, friendly and motivated
• Computer literate - competent in Word and Excel
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team worker
* experience in CARL favourable but not essential

Hours
Monday to Friday 1.15pm - 5.30pm
Every 4th Saturday 10am - 1pm

Salary
Negotiable depending on experience (£6.00 - £6.50 per hour)
