Experienced office administrator required for busy Design Studio close to Queen St Station in Glasgow.
Daily tasks will include incoming and outgoing mail, reception duties, re-doing the filing system, controlling and ordering stationery, receiving and responding to telephone calls, keeping computer based spreadsheets up to date, cleaning public areas as and when, providing refreshments, dealing with finances such as invoicing and a possibility of helping with payroll, taking minutes and other general office tasks as required. This role would suit a self-starting individual and applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
The successful applicant should have:
Excellent telephone manner
Confident on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Be available to interview and start ASAP
Able to multi task effectively
PA experience
Enjoy problem solving and have the ability to “think on your feet”
Advantageous but not essential:
Telesales experience
Accounts experience
Experience within a design environment
37.5hrs a week
