Our client is currently looking to recruit an Estates Manager for a 3-month period.

Your responsibilities€™ will be to:



- To act as an on-site liaison with all tenants

- Asset management

- Monitor maintenance, contracts and performance of contractors

- Control and supervise Security Staff, as appropriate

- Review and authorise invoices, deal with queries and resolve timeously

- Ensuring all H&S procedures are followed

- Monitor tenant activity and advise client accordingly

- Excellent organisation skills required

- A broad knowledge of FM and property matters  

This contract is an immediate start for a 3-month period.
