STRESS MANAGEMENT & RELAXATION CLASS

Some people find it easy to relax, others find it more difficult.

These classes give you a chance to "chill out" and achieve complete relaxation.

We will be looking at what stress is and understand how it affects our mind and body.
As well as learning easy and effective stress reduction techniques using a combination of breathing exercises, progressive relaxation, and visualisation techniques that you can adapt to use anywhere.
Make these classes part of your regular routine and you can:

• Combat fatigue by promoting sleep
