Chef required for leading Health and Fitness club in the West End of Glasgow.

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and dedicated individual whom is looking to progress as a chef within the hospitality industry.

Duties include:-

Daily preperation of a variety of dishes both hot and cold.
Preperation of conference and banqueting buffets for numbers between 10-100 people.
Working as part of a team with both the kitchen team and the front of house staff.
Supporting the Lead Chef to ensure that Health & Safety policies are adhered to and that all food hygiene audit standards are achieved that comply with the DLL Food Safety Management system.
Ensuring that all standards are consistently delivered. Regularly reviewing and auditing all areas of the kitchen operation as part of your daily operating procedures.
Daily cleaning procedures and policies that must be adhered to.
Experience of working in a similar role is desired, however full training will be provided.

The above role is based on working a 40 hour week.
