Stray black cat, four white paws, white neck chest and under belly, wearing a pink collar. The cat has been living under portocabins in the car park at Chirnside Place, Hillington. The cat is timid and will not be approached. She? has been here for approximately ten days. update on 24th Sept., the cat is an intact male not female as previously thought due to the pink collar..
