Customer Advisor
We have an exciting position of a Full Time Customer Advisor role for a reputable building society in the Anniesland area. You will be first point of call for the customers, meeting and greeting and dealing with all enquiries. You will be a natural rapport builder and build strong lasting relationships with all customers. Up selling and promoting further products will also be very much part of the role and you will be targeted as an individual and as part of a team.
To be successful for this role, you will have the following skills set:
- Previous experience banking or retail
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Able to work to targets and achieve
- Proven track record of up selling/promoting further products
- Excellent communication/listening skills
- Have a can do attitude and the want to succeed
- Strong team player
