We are seeking a high calibre Software Developer with a degree in a software engineering or related subject and a minimum of 3 years commercial experience, who is prepared for a serious challenge and with the ability to take ownership of software activities. You will be involved with the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis, through design/implementation, project management and customer contact.

Technical skills –You will be able to create technical specifications for projects and produce technical designs and code solutions from specifications. Developing applications solutions based on documented requirements. To be involved in the full lifecycle from requirements analysis, design, development and support, whilst using appropriate methodologies that allow the development team to interact in the same manner. Excellent .Net, C# with a strong knowledge of SQL Server Database technology. Good mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills with excellent communication skills: - Core Skills .NET, C#, ASP.NET. A background in object orientated technology such as C++ or Java is a desirable but definitely not essential.

The person - A degree of customer interaction will be required, ranging from problem/requirements identification to on-site support and training. The role will require a high level of self-management, self-motivation and the flexibility to travel and provide extra hours, as and when required.
