Hi all. We are Penny For The Guy and we would very much like a new drummer as our orignal drummer (pictured sitting down) left the band to go to Brighton. We wish him all the best.

Our influences are wide and varied between the three of us, these include;
Muse, Jeff Buckley, Interpol, Frightened Rabbit, Sigur Ros, Franz Ferdinand, Ryan Adams, Bon Iver, Arcade Fire, Fleet Foxes, Explosions In The Sky, Brand New, Bright Eyes, The Killers, Broken Social Scene, Coldplay, Radiohead.....but to name a few.

Guy or girl, we don't mind, Any age realistically between 18 and 25. We are all 19, 20.

Based in Glasgow, we've been writing together since we met 2 and a half years ago. We broke up for various reasons but have all remained best friends and in touch. Now living in close proximity, all with jobs and/or at college its made it easier to get the ball rolling again.

Our perfect drummer would be one that can keep in time! One that doesn't try anything they can't pull off and that also has a bit of a songwriters mind rather than 100% percussive. What we're not after is "I don't really mind, as long as I get to make loud noises" :P
