Versatile easy going 24year old guitarist and 24 yo bass player seek a drummer to form an original band. Also interested in bringing in other musicians to the band such as pianist, guitarist, percussionist, string/horn or wind players. The music will be experimental/progressive in nature some of the bands influences are the mars volta, mahavishnu orchestra, herbie hancock, weather report, charles mingus, cinematic orchestra, bjork, sly and the family stone, aretha franklin, the beatles, the grateful dead, electronic and new music. The project will also be influenced by more vigorous/heavier bands and so welcome are players who are open to exploring such directions, some useful influences include mastodon, megadeth, faith no more, system of a down, Ratm, claypool, sonic youth, fugazi, minutemen.
need to be driven, dedicated, have a good sense of humour and want to have fun.
