* Basic property knowledge such as damp, dry rot etc.

Then we have a job that would require you to . . .

* Inspect a property & complete our simple property condition report
* Take internal & external pictures
* Complete a small write up on the local neighbourhood
* Finally we would require the pictures & report emailed to us at head office

Depending on how long it takes you to drive to the property, we have found this job to take our contractors anything from 1 - 2 hours from start to finish.

Remuneration - £50 + Petrol @ 20p / mile
This works out to be around £10 - £15 per hour, depending on the job taking you 3 or 4 hours!

Time: The time is flexible and varies from job to job.
