This is a gorgeous flat, Right across from Captains rest. Has to be seen, with loads of space, and in an ideal location. We have a large kitchen, large living room, and bathroom. The room is very spacious, and is at the opposite side of the flat from the main road,so very quiet.

We are looking for a student, to avoid council tax, who is basically easy going like us, and not likely to be annoyed or prone to nagging. We are both mature students, so we arent very noisy or messy.

The rent is 300 p.c.m. and we pay around £10 each per month for electricity, and £15 for gas (depending on what time of the ytear it is). Also, phone line and (superfast) broadband are about £5 each per month, so its really quite cheap. We need someone asap, as a flatmate is moving out in a hurry. The flat is a non smoking flat, but I dont mind smokers as long as they smoke outside.

Im not too fussed as to whether its a guy or girl who moves in. Long as theyre friendly.
