The flat is a lovely spacious flat, which i have enjoyed since moving in 5 months ago. There is a big and bright front room and fully fitted kitchen.

It is situated right next to the forge shopping center, so it is handy for all amenities including cinema and supermarkets.
There is a 24 hour bus link right into the city center right outside, however the road is generally quiet outside at night, and so is the close.

You would be sharing with myself Chris, I am 25, and I like my flat to be clean and tidy. I don't mind having a few people round for a few drinks and the odd party, but I don't like it to be the new disco in town.

If interested you can move in at any time, the sooner the better. A deposit of one months rent (Negotiable) would be needed. (I have recently be screwed over by someone I though was a friend and I am now regretting taking no deposit.)
