One of the most respected luxury hotels and fine dining restaurant/ function rooms / banqueting suits in Scotland, this amazing venue has been collecting awards for its excellent food for many years and the Pastry Section is renowned for consistently producing outstanding food.

The Head Pastry Chef is expected to be a well seasoned industry professional who enjoys creating the finest desserts, pastries, cakes, sugar work, ice cream and bread. Of course if you can bring additional skills to this role than our client will be delighted.

Our client is offering a fantastic salary of £28,000

Ideally you will have your own transport but accommodation is available.
