It's a 10 minute walk to Byres Road and Partick, and Hyndland station only 2 minutes away... so everything you need is very close by.

Rent is £325 per month plus your share of bills.

I'm 25 years old, a very quiet and laid-back person, and I work in childcare and education and the music industry. I am looking for a relatively quiet flatmate who is hopefully a like-minded person with similar interests... that's about it!
