As Pastry Chef De Partie you will assist the Head Pastry chef in the cooking and preparation of all pastry items for both the A la Carte restaurant and the Brasserie including petit fours, breads and desserts.

As Chef De Partie you ensure a high standard of health, hygiene and safety standards within the kitchen.

You will need to have experience of working within high quality kitchens and within the pastry department.

Salary is £18,500 + Tips
