Im a female phd student from Cyprus and im renting an amazing flat in ashton lane right above marks and spencers. My flatmate is moving out for 4 months and im just looking for someone -preferably female, has to be a student for council tax purposes- to occupy her double room from December till April. The rent is 350 excluding bills and there is wirless interent installed in the flat.
