Senior Sales Executive (Social Care Systems)
Senior Sales Executive (SW / Infrastructure - Social Care / Health). c£55K plus benefits and bonus. Fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation seeking to appoint a Sales Executive with expertise in delivering software systems and infrastructure to the social care / health sector. You will be responsible for identifying and building prospects list; liaising with marketing to define appropriate market campaigns; following up on marketing campaigns and leads through cold calling and hot lead calling; identifying leads and contacts via existing accounts and account contacts; qualifying initial leads; building value proposition for prospect based on initial qualification using appropriate sales process; updating and maintaining accurate forecasting on sales; managing and facilitating the "virtual " team in the context of a deal; communicating effectively with all internal players on deal and account strategy; managing the commercial exposure within the prospect accounts; negotiating deal structures and contracts; setting expectations with customers such that any business won can be delivered profitably; setting and managing customer expectations appropriately around their commitment in projects; understanding the competition and maximising the use of this knowledge specific to deals; building and maintaining an appropriate depth of product knowledge; building and maintaining an appropriate depth of market knowledge; management of sales pursuit for competitive procurement exercises, including ownership of bid process; identifying and utilising appropriate relationships with opposite numbers at technology partners; producing high quality proposals; achieving quarter and annual product and service targets; reporting accurately, regularly and comprehensively to the senior management team on all sales matters as required; following and managing the sales process; updating on a regular basis account plans and deal sheets; providing a positive contribution and input to the team wide sales activities including competitive information, case studies, common opportunities, common issues and threats; managing the customer expectations around the business relationship and delivery; maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction; ensuring the customer is up to date with all business activity and products with the right information directed and communicated effectively to the right people.
About You:
You must have a proven track record of delivering or exceeding year on year sales targets with clear evidence of closing new business deals at £250k plus. You will have expertise in selling to public sector stakeholders with experience and evidence of selling solutions (SW, services and infrastructure). You will be able to provide evidence of strong reference able customer relationships at director level whilst being able to demonstrate gravitas and influence with senior people. As expected you will be an excellent communicator and presenter whilst being creative at building customer specific value propositions. The successful candidate will be able to provide evidence that they: are self starters with drive and a strong work ethic; experience of working in teams to deliver complex sales (e.g. product management, presales, development etc); high drive and energy; committed and hard worker; have good written and spoken English language skills and are able to create high quality presentation and proposal material; ability to forge relationships at all levels with customers, business partners and colleagues; ability to articulate the concepts and benefits of complex SW solutions; ability to rapidly develop knowledge of key market issues and business drivers; Case Management Experience; Social Care or Health experience; Business and/or ERP experience.
