Cruise Sales Manager
The successful Cruise Sales Manager will receive a basic salary of up to £23,000.00 dependent on experience along with a monthly managers bonus. This leading Independent Cruise specialist is seeking to recruit an experienced Cruise Sales Manager to oversee the Cruise Department from their call centre in Ayr
Within the role of Cruise Sales Manager you will -
-Manage and Motivate a team of 9 Cruise Sales Consultants
-Drive the team to achieve set sales and quality targets
-Take responsibility of any escalated issues
-Conduct regular appraisals and reviews with all of your team members
-Manage any issues that may arise with both internal and external suppliers
To be successful in the role of Cruise Sales Manager you will -
-Be an experienced manager with a proven track record in achieving results
-Have previously worked for a Tour Operator, tailor-making itineraries with scheduled flights and ground products
-Have experience, using Galileo - Advantageous
-Be able lead by example
You will work on a variety of shift patterns throughout the openings of the call centre which are Monday to Sunday.
