Shiatsu is a Japanese form of massage that is closely related to acupuncture. It is performed through clothing and varies greatly in pressure- gentle palm healing or deep and stimulating as required by the body. Shiatsu is very relaxing and energising and has been shown to work well for stress, headaches, aches and pains, fatigue and insomnia.
Vicky is fully qualified and insured and has been practising since 1990 from various clinics in Glasgow. She also teaches and trains practitioners, and is a director of the Glasgow School of Shiatsu.
