We have a 2 bedroom ground floor 4-in-a block with own front garden and shared back garden with own shed,We have recently redecorated the bathroom and hall and put down ceramic tiles in both.we have also put in a driveway and gate so the front garden is fully enclosed making it safe for children and pets.we are in one of the highest amenity areas on the outskirts of southside of glasgow called deaconsbank which is next to rouken glen park which is probably the biggest and most beautiful park in glasgow,we are 2 mins from the m77 therefore 7 mins to glasgow city centre and 25 mins to the ayrshire coast,this is a beautiful leafy suburb with superb neighbours where 90 percent of the homes are bought it is a very safe place for children and we are mins away from sainsbury's,lidl,mcdonalds,kentucky fried,matalan,the new silverburn centre and last but not least not forgetting the gala bingo.
We are looking for a house perferably up and down stairs with at least 2 bedrooms,will only move to a very good high amenity area.
