The abilility to mentor and monitor a staff team with experience in appraisals, disciplinary and recruitment. A knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence, Birth to Three and Care Commission legislation and requirements. An ability to run the operation of nursery on a day to day basis is essential with good time management and delegation skills.
