Hello, I am a (male) mature student just completing my Honours Degree, so there will be no Council Tax until May 2010. I am only looking for a student or professional female flatmate to move in to share my lovely flat.

I would like someone who is friendly, reasonably tidy, and reliable with paying bills, polite, open minded, and with no drug / alcohol dependency problems!
I live in Balmore (G 22), the room available is recently decorated and is fully furnished with single bed, desk, shelves, drawers, etc. The room is at the back of the flat overlooking to a backyard. It is pretty quiet, just off Hawthorn Street and gets the sun in the daytime. Close to bus stop and less than 15 minutes by bus to city center (So good bus links! Nr.88 & 45).

Wireless broadband, Freeview TV, all included in the price. Whole flat newly furnished and repainted/ carpet in bedrooms. Neighbors are all very nice. Washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker and fridge/freezer available, but I'm afraid you'll have to wash your own dishes. Easy parking & free on the street.

No References required. No smoking in the house and absolutely no drugs policy, also no pets !
