Mr. Patrick McLaughlin 4th Dan Black Belt teaching AUTHENTIC I.T.F. TAEKWON-DO ,as taught by the Founder, G.M. CHOI HONG HI, 9TH DAN, in the NAN MCKAY CENTRE, Pollokshields, in Glasgows Southside.

Mr. Mclaughlin has almost 27 YEARS of UNBROKEN involvement within the Art and has a fine pedigree as an Instructor, having learned TKD under some of the Worlds greatest TKD exponents such as G.M. Rhee Ki Ha (th Dan, Master Sheena Sutherland 8th Dan, G.M. Tran 9th Dan , Master J. Jedut 7th Dan and Master Wim Bos 8th dan, ..and many more including on sesveral occasions, the Founder of TKD Grand Master Gen. Choi Hong Hi 9th Dan!

Mr. McLaughlin teaches TaeKwon-Do to a HIGH standard , having coached many Students over the Years to competition success at National level(U.K.), OVERALL U.K. Champions on several occasions , and European success.
The School has been noted for a very high level of 1st time pass rates at Exams!.

Mr. Mclaughlin also has extensive Health/Fitness qualifications and incorporates this knowledge into his TKD Programs, aiming to improve Fitness levels of ALL age Groups!...Classes basically consist of the following:

EXTENSIVE PAD/DRILL WORK TRAINING

HOSIN-SUL (PRACTICAL STREET DEFENCE TRAINING!)
