Must be well presented. Experience and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate are both advantageous although training can be given. Will be preparing breakfasts and lunches, cash handling and till operation, cleaning and maintenance of servery and restaurant areas, loading and unloading dishwashing machine, assisting the Chef and related duties as directed. Mon-Thurs 9.30am-2.30pm, Fri 9am-1pm, 24 hours per week.
