Payroll Admin Assistant 14 Month Contract
We are currently recruiting a Payroll/Admin Assistant for our client in the Stirling area to work in their Personnel/Payroll Department.
This role is mainly an administration role but you will also be doing a weekly payroll for 130 employees.
Duties will include the following;
Answering busy switchboard/transferring calls
Meet and greet visitors/prepare meeting rooms
Arrange lunches for meetings
Assist with all administrative duties
Management/Upkeep of company vehicles
Dealing with incoming/outgoing mail and arranging couriers
Ordering and upkeep of stationery
After first month you can expect to be involved in the following;
Recruitment process
Updating Employee Training Records
Collating Health & Safety Reporting
Monthly Management Reporting
Barclaycard Statements
This is a 14th Month Contract
