Glasgow City Centre Restaurant Alla Turca is now looking for energetic Sous Chef to expand it's award winning young team.
We are looking for a team leader who can work by himself / herself well as well as a part of the team. The team of 5 is very hard working and you can be promoted as a Head Chef in 2010 if you can prove yourself. You also will be covering Head Chef's 2 day off's duty.
Starting from £250 net a week for 40 hours plus a small portion of tips.
This could be a chance where you could improve your cooking skills, learn new types of food and managing a hard working small team of 5 where you can go al the way to the top.
