Sous Chef required for extremely busy Italian restaurant in the heart of the Merchant City.

Lombardi's Italian Restaurant is situated in Merchant Square, (off Albion St/ Candleriggs) and is fast becoming one of Glasgow's most popular eateries.

The sous chef position would involve all aspects of assisting with the day to day operation of a fast paced food operation. We only serve fresh, homemade Italian dishes, so a good knowledge of Italian cuisine would be an advantage.
Working with a team of 8, this position would suit a chef of sous chef level or possibly a previous head chef of a smaller operation.

Salary: £17k plus, depending on experience
Hours: Full time
