I have a one bedroom double glazed gas centrally heated first floor flat in a green peaceful area on the outskirts of Castlemilk in the southside of Glasgow. There's a galley kitchen and bathroom and good sized livingroom. The block of flats is three storey so a low rise.
There are only four households that use the main door which has security entrance. There is a shared walled secure back garden with grass and slabbing. No homes look onto the back or front of the property so there is seclusion and privacy. The neighbours have lived there for many years and there are no small children or dogs living in the block or on either side so it's nice and quiet.
There is a well served bus stop two mins walk from the flat. It is equally as easy to get to the shopping mall in East Kilbride as it is the city centre. There is a train station just five mins by bus from the flat. There is a car park to the rear of the block of flats which is looked onto by the backs of some other flats so very secure. The housing association office also looks onto it. They are good landlords and the rent is very reasonable. One month's notice is required.
I'm looking for a flat swap to a ground floor property with it's own garden and door. Somewhere quiet. Will consider anywhere but must have public transport nearby.
