Our client is a growing recruitment company based in Glasgow who are looking for a graduate or person of graduate calibre to join their company as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. They currently specialise in the IT, Engineering and Technical sectors however they are looking to diversify even more as they grow.
The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will see the successful candidate working closely with the experienced Managing Director, with whom will be training and guiding you in all that you will need to do to successfully carry out the role and hopefully progress swiftly in to a Recruitment Consultant position. You will be responsible for some existing clients but you will also be expected to bring new business in to the company via business development. Candidate attraction is also an important aspect of the role and will involve you interviewing candidates to find out their career aspirations and what type of roles they are interested in etc. There is considerable scope for career progression and management opportunities could be available in two years if you are a focused and determined individual.
For this graduate sales opportunity we are looking for individuals that are:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ambition with plenty of drive and self motivation
