Hi, I am a 25 year old singer/songwriter who is based in the west end and I am looking for bandmates to take my songs to the next level. It is all chord based Indie/Rock music Iv got and Iv played a lot of these songs to my friends and they all of the opinion that its a complete waste if these were only ever confined to the four walls of my flat! More importantly, I dont wanna blow my own trumpet or anything, but I believe that as well and I really do think that If I was part of a 4 piece band - myself, Lead guitarist, Bassist and Drummer - some of my songs would have the potential to go down well if they were ever performed live. I really want to take this as far as It can go and would love to meet some like-minded, up for a laugh but committed musicians to see if we can take this to the next level. My aim is to practice 2 nights a week in a studio asap, and as soon as it sounds as good and tight as it possibly can, play live. If there is anyone out there at all that appeals to who is of a similar age please get in touch!
